We are thrilled to collaborate with Joyce Wine Company for our fall harvest wine dinner in Monterey, Ca. Join us at The Club Room inside the Portola Hotel & Spa for a wonderfully paired five-course pre-fixe dinner and a selection of Joyce wines on Thursday, October 24th at 6pm.

Chef Daniel Williston and Winemaker, Russell Joyce, collaborated to create a sophisticated, yet unpretentious food and wine pairing experience for the evening. While enjoying the five-course menu, Chef Williston and Russell Joyce will curate the story of the evening by discussing the pairings and elaborating on the flavors carefully paired within each course. The menu for the evening includes:

First Course

COKE FARM BIBB LETTUCE
