Tom kha lobster bisque with coconut milk and lemongrass, crispy duck ‘sticks’ with wok-roasted chilli sauce, and pineapple braised red curry short ribs take classic Thai fare to exciting new levels. Other popular dishes include the Thai pappardelle, Charm’s signature beef carpaccio with Thai vinaigrette, coconut cream scallops and their house made pad thai with fresh tamarind juice that is the best you’ll find outside of Thailand.
