It's not surprising that Vancouverites eat out more than other Canadians — when you consider the restaurants they have to choose from. And not only is the variety of our restaurants vast, but the value on the plate is unparalleled in any major tourist city. A dinner out in Vancouver can be as impressive as any you'd experience in London, New York or Paris — but the bill is likely to be a fraction of what you'd pay in any of those cities. It's not too far a stretch to say that dining out may just be the best use of your entertainment dollar while you're in Vancouver!
The links below will guide you through Vancouver's vast culinary culture. Bon Appetit!
