With striking innovation, Executive Chef Roberto Carbone invites you to enter his kitchen by enjoying sumptuous new menu master pieces including papaya and apple stuffed chicken breast complimented with mango cilantro, pan-seared Mahi Mahi, blackened and served with salsa fried plantains or an 8 ounce center-cut filet mignon served with a red wine reduction sauce.
