The menu crafted by Chef George Solorio presents classic California cuisine with international sensibilities — bistro steak frites, grilled prawn spring roll, porcini crusted rack of Colorado lamb, butternut squash ravioli, and smoked duck and warm spinach salad. Each day, special dishes expand on the already diverse and ample lunch and dinner selections. Those who prefer to dine early will enjoy the price-fixed, three-course Sunset Dinners offered daily from 5 to 6 p.m.
Recognized as “One of the Peninsula’s 10 Best Restaurants” by Epicurean Rendezvous Restaurant Guide and Monterey County Critics Choice, The Grill showcases California’s finest vintages as well as a full bar featuring both traditional and innovative cocktails. Tempting, creative desserts, from tiramisu with mango and raspberry sauce to brie, apple and pear slices, spicy pecans and bruschetta, are the grand finale to a grand dining experience.
