Chef Efisio Farris brings the rich culinary legacy of Sardinia to this charming restaurant in the heart of the Galleria. They do everything the old-fashioned way, baking their own breads and cakes, and pickling and curing their own meats. The smoked fish is flown in overnight from New York.
