Sullivan’s Steakhouse is a contemporary American steakhouse, often referred to as “the best of the best,” where spectacular food meets a sizzling ambiance.
Featuring wet-aged premium choice steaks including the 20 oz. Cajun Rib-eye, the 12 oz. Filet Mignon, and the 24 oz. Bone-in ‘Cowboy’ Ribeye, Sullivan’s also serves a variety of seafood favorites, such as broiled live Maine lobster, Australian cold-water lobster tail, and the “Hong Kong Style” Chilean Sea Bass. Delectable sides include their renown horseradish mashed potatoes, cream spinach, hand-cut onion rings and asparagus. But despite your entrée selection, for starters, their signature wedge salad with blue cheese dressing is an absolute must! For dessert, its impossible to refuse their signature soufflé, but leave time — this little piece of heaven is made to order.
If you think you are through after dinner, think again. Sullivan’s nightlife sizzles. Live music in the piano bar creates an electrifying atmosphere, and Sullivan’s impressive cocktails and extensive wine list make this hot spot thrive until wee hours of the morning. Try the Knockout martini (infused with fresh pineapple) and make your way to the famous Ringside bar, which features local bands Wednesday through Saturday nights. Sullivan’s also offers choice cigars and a cigar lounge.
Sullivan’s has received numerous national awards for its culinary excellence. as well as its outstanding wine list.
Lunch is served Monday through Friday 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Dinner is served Monday through Sunday 5:30-11 p.m.; the lounge is open daily 4:30 p.m.-1 a.m.
