El Paso DiningInternational Flavors — Taste the cultural blends of the border region

Spicy, savory, daring, and delicious — the food you’ll find here is a culinary adventure. Being  next door to Mexico, you can expect excellent, authentic dishes of fajitas, steaks, and seafood, seasoned in wonderful marinades and chile rubs. El Paso is home to Tex-Mex, with dishes such as burritos, chimichangas, and taquitos usually incorporating plenty of cheese and chile sauce. And being Texas, mouth-watering barbecue abounds.

Across the northern border, New Mexico offers related but regionally distinct fare including chiles rellenos, stacked enchiladas, and carne adovada, always with a healthy dose of local red or green chile.

Thai, Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Greek, and any other international tastes are readily found here as well, testament to El Paso’s international and multicultural flavor. Our fine dining is relished even more while watching one of our famous sunsets.

Whatever your tastes, you’ll devour El Paso, and come back wanting more.
