Barrigas

El Paso - Annual 2009

A gastronomic tour of México without leaving your table

A GuestLife El Paso Great Restaurant

El Paso Restaurants - BarrigasBarrigas is the Mexican food restaurant that’s actually from Mexico! In fact, it’s the local favorite in Juárez (Mexico) and El Paso, Texas, when families and friends gather to enjoy the regions best Mexican food and mouthwatering steaks.

True Flavors From Mexico: breakfast, lunch or dinner on the Barrigas on Juárez Blvd. Gomez Morin #7814, near the Juárez Country Club. New: To-Go car-side service. Original recipes made from scratch that’ll delight your senses: savory “Tortilla Soup,” “Aztec bean soup,” Spicy and Sweet “Enmoladas” (made with your choice of chicken or cheese), flavorful “Caldillo de Filete” (Mexican beef stew made with beef tenderloin), “Plato Mexicano” (a Mexican sampler with chile relleno, enchilada, guacamole, rice, beans, and flauta) or try Barrigas’ famous specialty: Arrachera (seasoned beef skirt) either as steak, “Tampiqueña” style or in strips as “Tacos Chamizal;” all favorites on both sides of the border.

Perhaps the Best Margarita in the World! Maybe you already know that the world famous Margarita Cocktail was originally created in Juárez, Mexico (just across the border from El Paso, Texas); that’s the same town where Barrigas restaurants were born.

Turn your meal into a special occasion by topping it off with an icy margarita, or with the beverage of your choice from our well stocked bar, or with a selection from our excellent wine menu.

At Barrigas, you’ll always find excellent food in a delightful and friendly atmosphere.

With convenient locations on the east and west sides of El Paso, Barrigas also serves up its special brand of fun and great food at its original locations in Juárez.

All locations are open from 8 a.m. to midnight. Patio dining is available, breakfast served daily from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Barrigas is an excellent place to have your business meetings; wireless internet available in most locations.

Barrigas: Buena comida, Buenos amigos.
