The entrées are both exotic and tantalizing, from a gourmet salad and the freshest seafood in El Paso to top-quality beef. The 18-oz. Chicago Bone-In Ribeye melts in your mouth while the Chaâteaubriand is in a class all of its own. If seafood is your preference, Mesa Street Grill boasts some of the freshest. The Mandy's Favorite Salmon, marinated in soy sauce and sautéed with the perfect touch of brown sugar, ginger, pepper and lemon juice, always satisfies. For a Southwest flair try the Red Snapper with Black Bean and Corn Relish or the Grilled Escolar with a pear puree, spinach and pear salad topped with tomato caper gazpacho.
